Terms of Service for Manual & Custom Services (Chatbots, AI + Human, App Dev, Blockchain, NFT, and Other IT Solutions)

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of all custom and manual services offered by Merzme, including but not limited to:

  • Custom chatbot development (AI-only, Human-only, or AI + Human integrated)

  • Mobile and Web App Development

  • Blockchain and NFT-based Development Services

  • Integration of AI tools or systems into websites or applications

  • Design, consultation, deployment, and branding-related services

By purchasing or engaging any of these services, the client (“You”) agrees to the following terms:

1. Project Scope & Agreement

  • A clear scope of work will be defined and shared with the client before project commencement.

  • Any additions or changes post-approval may require extra time and additional charges.

  • Merzme is not liable for delays due to incomplete client input or feedback.

2. Payment Terms

  • All custom services require 100% advance payment, or in some cases, milestone-based installments.

  • Work will begin only after initial payment or agreed milestone is received.

3. Refund Policy

  • Refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.

  • No refunds will be provided after work has commenced or if the client fails to respond or abandons the project.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Merzme may cancel the project if the user violates platform terms, behaves unethically, or misuses the service.

  • Users can request cancellation before the start of the project, subject to approval. Refund eligibility is limited.

5. Delivery & Ownership

  • Upon completion and full payment, users receive full ownership of the deliverables.

  • Merzme retains the right to showcase anonymized versions in its portfolio unless explicitly denied in writing by the client.

6. Revisions & Support

  • Revisions are limited to what is defined in the project scope.

  • Support or maintenance after delivery may incur separate charges unless explicitly included.

7. User Responsibility

  • You are fully responsible for legal and ethical usage of any custom service delivered.

  • You must ensure compliance with GDPR, copyright, data protection, and all local and international laws.

  • Merzme will not be held liable for misuse, third-party legal actions, or damages resulting from user actions.

8. Prohibited Use Cases Clients must not use our services for:

  • Adult content or pornography

  • Scams, phishing, or fraud

  • Hate speech, illegal gambling, or violent activities

  • Political propaganda or misinformation

  • Violation of intellectual property rights

9. Confidentiality Merzme will maintain confidentiality of your project data, ideas, and materials shared. Mutual NDAs may be signed upon request.

10. Limitation of Liability Merzme will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use delivered services. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, using, purchasing, subscribing to, or interacting with any part of Merzme’s platforms — including but not limited to the AI Website Builder, chatbot services (AI or human-integrated), website/app/blockchain/NFT development, and any related tools, services, or digital assets — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all of our published policies, including our:

  • Privacy Policy

  • Disclaimer

  • Refund & Cancellation Policy

If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not use or access our services in any manner.

By making a payment or engaging in a custom/manual project with Merzme, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.
