Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all products and services offered under Merzme.com and its associated platforms, including but not limited to:

  • AI Website Builder

  • Custom AI Chatbots (standard or human-assisted)

  • Web/App Development

  • Blockchain Solutions

  • NFT Services

  • Hosting, Domains, and Other IT Services

1. One-Time Purchase Model (AI Website Builder)

Merzme’s AI Website Builder is offered under a no-subscription, one-time payment model. All purchases made are considered final. Refunds will only be considered in the following specific cases:

  • Technical failure on our platform preventing delivery of the purchased plan (confirmed by our team).

  • Duplicate payment due to technical error (validated by payment gateway).

  • Refund request made within 7 days of purchase, with no usage of website generation features.

Note: If you generate any site or use core features, your order becomes non-refundable.

2. Manual Services (Chatbots, AI+Human Chat, App Dev, Blockchain, NFT, etc.)

All custom or manual services are non-refundable once:

  • The project is initiated.

  • Resources (time, development, or server costs) have been allocated or consumed.

  • You approve design drafts, deliverables, or development milestones.

Refunds will NOT be issued for dissatisfaction based on personal preference after delivery or due to lack of communication from your side.

3. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any user account without refund if found to be:

  • Misusing AI-generated tools for scams, misinformation, illegal content, or unethical practices.

  • Violating our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, or Disclaimer.

  • Abusing support, spamming our platform, or causing platform harm.

Merzme is under no obligation to provide a refund in such cases.

4. Cancellation Policy (Non-Renewal-Based Services)

As Merzme’s core products (like AI Website Builder) are one-time payments, there is no recurring billing to cancel. For any subscription-based or contract-based service (if applicable in the future):

  • Users may cancel future services before the next billing cycle.

  • Cancellations will not affect any services already rendered.

5. Service Downtime or Issues

We strive for 99.9% uptime and reliable delivery of services. However, temporary maintenance, third-party server issues, or technical errors may occur. Refunds are not issued for temporary unavailability unless it exceeds 72 hours continuously, with complete lack of access AND no usage during that period.

6. Abuse of Refund Policy

Users who abuse the refund system, request multiple refunds, or engage in chargebacks without valid cause will be:

  • Permanently banned from all Merzme services.

  • Reported to payment gateways or fraud prevention networks.

7. Acceptance of Policy

By purchasing any service from Merzme.com or its sub-platforms, you automatically agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy, even without ticking a checkbox during checkout. Our payment pages are direct-purchase for smooth checkout. Use of services implies agreement with all legal policies on the platform.

9. No Guarantee of Business Results or Financial Outcomes

Merzme and its associated services, including the AI Website Builder, chatbot solutions, or any digital assets (like blockchain, NFT projects), do not guarantee:

  • Revenue, traffic, leads, or business growth.

  • Search engine ranking or visibility.

  • Legal or compliance approval by any regulatory authority.

Users must understand that business success or failure depends entirely on how the generated websites, applications, or tools are used. Merzme is not liable for any financial loss, legal consequences, or reputation damage caused by the user’s implementation of our services.

10. Chargebacks & Dispute Policy

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting Merzme support will be treated as a breach of our Terms & Conditions. If a chargeback is raised:

  • Your account and access to all services (including AI Website Builder, chatbot solutions, etc.) may be immediately suspended.

  • We reserve the right to contest and provide evidence of service delivery.

  • All associated digital assets, websites, or applications generated using our platform may be revoked.

11. Late Cancellations or Abandoned Projects (Manual Services)

For custom services like chatbot integration, app/NFT/blockchain development, AI + Human services, etc.:

  • If a user cancels after project commencement, no refund will be issued.

  • If a client is unresponsive for more than 7 days after project initiation, the service will be considered abandoned, and we may terminate it without refund.

  • In some cases, partial services may be delivered based on what is completed.

12. Cancellation by Merzme (Breach or Abuse)

Merzme reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user’s access or account without refund in the following cases:

  • Violation of terms, ethics, or legal obligations.

  • Use of AI-generated sites or services for fraud, fake content, scams, porn, or illegal purposes.

  • Abusive or threatening behavior towards our team.

  • Multiple failed payments or suspicious activities.

13. Refund Eligibility (Summary)

Refunds may be granted only in the following cases:

  • AI Website Builder: If the tool fails to function as promised and no website generation is possible, within 7 days of purchase (only if you haven’t used download/export features).

  • Manual Services: If Merzme cannot start the project due to internal reasons or unforeseen delays from our side.

  • Duplicate payment or accidental overcharge (based on payment gateway confirmation).

No refunds will be provided for:

  • Change of mind or personal reasons.

  • Completed projects or successfully delivered websites/services.

  • Violation of platform terms or ethics.

14. Important Final Note

By completing a payment on any of our pricing pages (even if there is no checkbox for accepting terms), the user agrees to:

  • This Refund & Cancellation Policy,

  • Our Privacy Policy,

  • Our Terms & Conditions, and

  • Our Disclaimer Page.

Purchasing or using our services confirms full acceptance, regardless of checkbox interaction.

15. Refund Eligibility for Third-Party Failures

Merzme does not provide refunds for service interruptions, delays, or failures caused by third-party platforms, hosting providers, payment gateways, or domain registrars. These are outside our direct control.

16. Project-Based Refund Limitations

For manually delivered services (e.g., app development, AI bots, blockchain/NFT projects), refunds are not guaranteed once the project is in the “In Progress” or “Delivered” phase. Partial refunds may be considered only if a provable failure occurs on our end, and no client-side violation of scope, brief, or misuse is involved.

17. Termination of Subscription or Access

For any lifetime or one-time access plan (like the AI Website Builder), we may terminate access without refund if a user:

  • Misuses the platform

  • Breaches terms

  • Violates laws or ethical norms

  • Engages in spammy or fraudulent activities using our tools

18. Force Majeure Clause

Merzme shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control—such as natural disasters, cyber-attacks, government restrictions, pandemics, power outages, or internet disruptions.

19. Change of Pricing and Features

Merzme reserves the right to change service prices, modify features, or discontinue any tool at any time without prior notice. However, users who have paid for lifetime or one-time access will retain access to what was originally promised at the time of purchase.

20. No Refund for Trial Abuses

If we suspect that a user is exploiting refund windows (e.g., purchasing, using, and then frequently requesting refunds), Merzme may ban or restrict access to any further services.

21. Chatbot Service Renewal and Non-Payment Clause

For users subscribed to annual or recurring chatbot services (including AI-only or AI+Human integrated support):

  • Renewals are billed yearly as per the chosen plan.

  • Users are required to either renew on time or explicitly cancel the chatbot service before the renewal due date.

  • If a user delays the payment beyond the due date, a late fee/fine may apply depending on the duration and previous notice status.

  • If no communication or payment is made within 30 days of the renewal date, Merzme reserves the full right to suspend or permanently disable the chatbot service without any prior notice or obligation of data retrieval or refund.

  • By using or continuing to use our chatbot services,or any of our services or products  users automatically agree to our Privacy Policy, Terms & Conditions, Disclaimer, and Refund & Cancellation Policy, even without manually checking any checkbox. All services are based on transparent, visible policies which users are responsible for reviewing before purchase.

22. Force Majeure

Merzme and its associated platforms (including the AI Website Builder and manual services such as chatbot development, app development, blockchain/NFT services, etc.) shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to, acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, internet outages, server failures, hosting interruptions, technical issues, cyberattacks, pandemics, government restrictions, or labor strikes. In such events, services may be delayed, suspended, or modified without liability.

23. Changes to Policies

Merzme reserves the right to modify, update, or revise these policies (including Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, and Refund & Cancellation Policy Etc…) at any time, without prior notice. Changes will be posted on the official website (https://merzme.com) or relevant subdomains. It is the user’s responsibility to review the policies periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

 

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, using, purchasing, subscribing to, or interacting with any part of Merzme’s platforms — including but not limited to the AI Website Builder, chatbot services (AI or human-integrated), website/app/blockchain/NFT development, and any related tools, services, or digital assets — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all of our published policies, including our:

  • Privacy Policy

  • Disclaimer

  • Refund & Cancellation Policy

If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not use or access our services in any manner.
